But we all know parenting can be challenging, especially when energy is low or our kids face social/emotional delays. Elizabeth shares invaluable advice on practicing self-compassion, cultivating kindness, and finding common humanity within our communities, making it easier to show up for our children when they need us the most.
Discover the vital distinction between self-care and self-compassion, understanding that true self-care involves nurturing not only our physical needs but also our emotional well-being. Elizabeth emphasizes mindfulness as the cornerstone of social and emotional learning and self-care.
